About 70jl – Your Trusted Online Casino Partner in the Philippines

Who We Are – The 70jl Story

Welcome to 70jl Casino, where Filipino gaming passion meets world-class entertainment. Since our launch in 2020, we've grown from a small startup with big dreams to become one of the most trusted online casino brands in the Philippines, serving over 150,000 registered players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and every province in between. Our mission has always been simple yet ambitious: create an online gaming platform that combines international quality with distinctly Filipino warmth and hospitality. We're not just another faceless corporation operating from offshore – we're a team that understands what Filipino players want because we are Filipino players ourselves. We know you want instant GCash deposits and withdrawals, games that load fast even on slower mobile data, customer support in Tagalog and English, and most importantly, a casino that treats you with respect and fairness every single day.

The name "70jl" represents our core philosophy: 70 symbolizes the spirit of perseverance and continuous improvement (always aiming for excellence), while "jl" stands for "joy and luck" – the two elements we want every player to experience on our platform. We didn't choose a generic Western casino name because we wanted something that would resonate with our primary audience: Filipino bettors who deserve a gaming home that feels authentically local while delivering world-class standards. From day one, our founders (a mix of gaming industry veterans and tech entrepreneurs from Manila and Makati) set out to solve the biggest problems Filipino players faced with existing online casinos: slow payouts, complicated interfaces, poor mobile optimization, and customer service that treats you like a ticket number rather than a valued customer. Four years later, we're proud to say we've succeeded beyond our initial goals, but we're nowhere near finished improving.

At 70jl, transparency isn't just a buzzword – it's how we operate every single day. We hold a legitimate gaming license issued by a recognized regulatory authority, ensuring all our operations meet strict standards for fairness, security, and responsible gaming. Our games come from industry-leading providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming, with every slot machine and table game certified for randomness by independent testing labs like eCOGRA and iTech Labs. When you spin a slot or place a bet at 70jl, you can rest assured the outcome is 100% random and not manipulated in any way. We publish our payout percentages publicly (averaging 96.5% RTP across all games), undergo regular audits, and maintain segregated player funds to guarantee your deposits are protected even in the unlikely event of business difficulties. This level of transparency and commitment to fair play is what separates legitimate operators like 70jl from questionable offshore sites that make big promises but deliver disappointment.

Our Growth Journey: From Startup to Industry Leader

Our journey began in early 2020 when a group of Filipino entrepreneurs and gaming experts gathered in a small Makati office with a shared frustration: why didn't any Philippine-focused online casino truly understand and serve local players properly? Most platforms were generic Asian or European casinos that accepted Filipino players as an afterthought, offering payment methods we don't use, customer support during hours we're asleep, and promotions designed for markets that don't match our betting culture. We decided to build something different – a casino designed from the ground up for the Philippine market. We spent months researching what Filipino players actually wanted, conducting surveys in Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, and Davao to understand real player pain points. The feedback was clear: players wanted mobile-first design (since most Filipinos access the internet via smartphones), GCash and PayMaya integration (not just bank transfers), instant withdrawals (not 3-5 business days), and customer service that could switch between English and Tagalog seamlessly. Armed with these insights, we built 70jl.

Our soft launch in June 2020 started modestly with just 500 beta testers, but word spread quickly through online forums and social media. Players loved the fast GCash withdrawals (typically processed within 15 minutes compared to hours or days with competitors), the intuitive mobile interface that worked smoothly even on budget smartphones with inconsistent 3G connections, and the genuinely helpful customer support team. By December 2020, we had 10,000 registered users. By mid-2021, that number jumped to 50,000. Today, we proudly serve over 150,000 registered players, process more than ₱500 million in monthly transactions, and maintain a 4.6-star average rating across review platforms. But we didn't achieve this growth through aggressive marketing or unrealistic bonus offers – we grew organically through player referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations because we consistently deliver on our promises. When we say withdrawals are instant, they're actually instant. When we advertise a 100% welcome bonus, there are no hidden terms designed to prevent you from ever withdrawing. When we promise 24/7 support, we genuinely have live agents available every hour of every day, including Christmas and New Year's.
